Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Damaged or Defective Items Only

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Because our items are custom-manufactured via 3D printing, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have arrived with structural damage (e.g., broken limbs on miniatures, cracked terrain, or non-functional card stands).
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
  • Custom Commissions: Items printed or painted to specific user-provided specifications.

The Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at bolli.rocks.biz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage before shipping anything back.

Partial Refunds There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (at our discretion):

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at bolli.rocks.biz@gmail.com and we will send you further information.
